Many people think that because we use training tools such as kettlebells, tractor tires, sandbags, etc that THIS is what gives our athletes the edge.

Distance running beats up the knees, the hips, the joints and trains you to be slower.
Smarter training is critical, it’s not always about doing more or working harder, it’s SMARTER.

Serious Underground Training at CJA Wrestling Club

Last night was the 1st session of 6 at CJA Wrestling Club in North Brunswick, NJ.
This was a special Underground conditioning course I put together for SERIOUS wrestlers and we had 20 dead serious guys ready to kick some butt.
