Sometimes, You Gotta Get Crazy

Crazy training doesn’t mean stupid or sloppy.
But, there are times when you REALLY need to push the envelope.
The intensity and volume shoot sky high and you take advantage of these days when your energy is sky high.

It’s funny, way too often people think that if they simply use the same equipment as a world class athlete does, they too will achieve world class status.
Wrong.

Ropes VS. Running

We use the ropes as a method of conditioning, power endurance, mental toughness, grip strength endurance and overall conditioning.
I would use ropes over distance running any day of the week.
